Job Summary

We are hiring a skilled CNC Fiber Laser Metal Cutting Machine Operator & Designer with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 2D metal cutting files, nesting, and operating CNC fiber laser machines for MS, SS, Aluminum, Brass, and other sheet metal materials.

Responsibilities

Create 2D metal cutting files (DXF) using Cypcut software
Set up and operate CNC Fiber Laser Metal Cutting Machines
Prepare and load nesting and cutting files
Ensure cutting accuracy, smooth edges, and material quality
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
Work with the production team to meet project deadlines

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in fiber laser cutting machine operation
Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings
Familiarity with sheet metal materials like MS, SS, Aluminum, Brass
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (AutoCAD / Metalix / SigmaNest)

Preferred Skills

Experience in sheet metal fabrication or laser job work
Basic machine maintenance knowledge
